Returns:

 

No returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number issued by Parts Ultimate Pictures of the product(s) maybe required to issue a RMA. A 35% restocking fee plus all shipping charges will be billed on any returned items, after being inspected by our staff upon their return to our warehouse. All products returned for credit must be in the original manufacturer container and never used. All special orders require full payment in advance, and there is are no returns on specially ordered items. Any returns arriving at our warehouse without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sending address collect freight. The original Buyer is the only person that may request a return for products.

 

Defective items will only be replaced, not refunded. Verifying parts is customer responsibility.  Please match OEM numbers provided on the website with dealership before you order. Wrong parts ordered will incur shipping to and from and 35% restocking fee.

 

All refused orders will be charged 50%, of the invoice amount, restocking fee plus all freight charges to return the item to our warehouse.

 

Cancelled Orders:

Customer must call and speak to a customer service representative to cancel order(s), email cancellations are not accepted. Once the orders are cancelled, customer must receive a cancellation number and a notification of order cancellation. 

Cancelled orders may incur charges if the item(s) has not shipped. If the item(s) have already been shipped then it will incur charges as stated in the Returns terms and conditions mentioned above.

 

 

DELIVERY

 

All credit card order shipments will only be sent to the billing address that the credit card statement is mailed to. Shipments will not be sent to any other addresses.

 

Free shipping is only offered in the continental U.S. Shipping to APO/FPO, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska is extra.

 

CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES

 

It is preferable to resolve all disputes confidentially, individually, and in an expeditious and inexpensive manner. The parties involved shall first attempt to resolve any dispute or differences between them by way of good faith negotiation. The good faith negotiation shall commence by each party communicating their position regarding the complaint, claim, dispute, or controversy to the other party, and how the parties should resolve the dispute. The parties shall then make good faith efforts to negotiate a resolution of the claim, dispute, or controversy. We strongly urge you contact us before doing a chargeback so we can  quickly and efficiently rectify the dispute.

 

PRODUCT LEGALITY:

 

- We do not guarantee the legality of use or installation of any item we sell in your particular area.

 

- We highly recommend that you check with your local law enforcement agency for rules and regulations.

 

- Violation of any laws may subject the owner and/or operator of the vehicle to a fine and/or penalty.

Parts Ultimate reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Parts Ultimate shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Parts Ultimate without notice at any time, for any reason.
